After multiple visioning sessions with a major corporate in North Africa, we established that CVC was the best course of action in terms of an innovation model for this company.
During 3 months of hands-on execution I collaborated with the corporate team to strategically setup the CVC and train the analysts. This included building the full sourcing process, due diligence, and investment decision making.

Startup Acceleration

I acted as the entrepreneur in residence for Seedstars biggest fund, WE4A, designing and running the program that impacted 100 female founder.
I also supported the market growth of the best performing 30 tech startups and drove them to achieve investment readiness and raise funds to grow into new markets.

Working with tech startups across the MEA region continuously driving them to go-to-market at minimum costs and higher chances of success that leads to achieving product-market fit in a slow but a steady manner that promotes sustainable growth for the business

Venture Building

Working with external corporate venture builders, I was able to work with companies like DeLonghi, Hugo Boss, and Cosnova where I setup experiments, executed on strategies, and drove new products into the market by strategically de-risking the model and validating market demand.
